Regency at Summerlin is Toll Brothers' first active adult community in Las Vegas, a guard-gated 55+ enclave of 448 single-story homes spread across 100+ acres of elevated desert terrain in The Cliffs Village of Summerlin South. Developed between 2016 and 2023, the community was named "Best Age-Qualified Senior Living Community" in 2017 and has maintained a reputation as one of the most upscale age-restricted neighborhoods in the Las Vegas Valley. Homes are organized into three distinct collections — Summit, Palisades, and Pinnacle — with nine single-story floor plans ranging from roughly 1,665 to 2,424 square feet (larger custom builds go higher).
