Heritage at Stonebridge is Lennar's newest 55+ active adult community in Las Vegas, nestled in Stonebridge Village within Summerlin West — positioned in the foothills just below Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and minutes from Downtown Summerlin. Construction began in 2021, and at full build-out the community will consist of 421 single-family homes behind a staff-gated entry. All homes are single-story and come with Lennar's Everything's Included® package, featuring stainless steel appliances, quartz or granite countertops, raised-panel cabinetry, smart-home automation, and energy-conscious systems — upgrades that are standard rather than add-ons. Buyers choose from nine floor plans across three collections. The Cromwell Collection is the entry-level tier, with two-bedroom, two-bath single-story homes from 1,232 to 1,422 sq ft, each with its own yard and a two-car garage — a cozy, low-maintenance option.
