Heritage at Cadence is a guard-gated 55+ active adult community in Henderson, Nevada, built by Lennar from 2015 through 2023 within the larger Cadence master-planned community. At build-out, Heritage totals approximately 980 single-story attached and detached homes spread across five distinct collections — Duets (attached villas), Courtyards, Symphony, Chorus, and Encore — ranging from about 1,232 to 3,204 square feet with 2–3 bedrooms, 2–3.5 baths, and 2–4 car garages. Encore homes are particularly popular for their oversized RV garages, and several plans include Next Gen multi-generational suites with separate entrances and kitchenettes. All homes were delivered with Lennar's Everything's Included package — granite counters, stainless appliances, raised-panel maple cabinetry, and smart-home automation — and most sit at a desert elevation of roughly 1,650 feet. The heart of the community is the 22,713-square-foot Heritage Recreation Center, a more-than-$10-million two-story clubhouse that opened in 2016 as Lennar's first age-qualified clubhouse in Henderson. Inside, residents have private access to an indoor lap pool, a large fitness center, aerobics and dance studio, a grand ballroom available for private events, a demonstration/display kitchen used for cooking classes, a billiards room, a game room, an arts and crafts studio, multipurpose rooms, and an on-site cafe. Outdoors, the center opens to a resort-style pool, covered patio, and picnic/BBQ area, with six pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, horseshoe pits, a dog park, and walking and biking trails winding through the neighborhood. A full-time on-site lifestyle director coordinates programming, and the resident-run club roster is genuinely active — the ROMEO men's club, a community bicycle club, Heritage Escapees RV Club, GearHeads Car Club, Genealogy Society, Crafts & Creations Club, Critical Thinkers political club, Chinese Mahjong, whiskey nights, weekly breakfasts, and charity work all populate the calendar. Heritage is the only guard-gated neighborhood within Cadence, and residents also tap into the broader master plan's 450+ acres of parks, waterpark pool, free "smart bike" share program, and pond at Central Park. Location is a major draw. Heritage sits at the southeast end of Henderson near the Boulder Highway and Lake Mead Parkway interchange, with quick access to I-215 and I-515. Harry Reid International Airport (formerly McCarran) is roughly 20 minutes away, the Las Vegas Strip is a 25–30 minute drive, and Lake Las Vegas, Lake Mead National Recreation Area, Hoover Dam, and Sloan Canyon National Conservation Area are all within easy reach. Tuscany Golf Club is essentially next door, and a new Smith's superstore is adjacent to Cadence along with the just-opened Cadence Crossing Casino on Boulder Highway. Henderson Hospital and several St. Rose Dominican campuses are within minutes, and Henderson itself consistently ranks among America's safest mid-sized cities. The community is effectively sold out from the builder, so today's inventory is almost entirely resale — a market that has held up well thanks to the age of the homes, the strength of the clubhouse, and the Henderson address.
