Solera at Anthem

Solera at Anthem is a Del Webb 55+ community of 1,822 homes tucked inside the master-planned Anthem community in Henderson, Nevada. Built by Pulte/Del Webb between 2004 and 2008, it sits at roughly 2,800 feet of elevation on the slopes below Black Mountain, giving residents panoramic views of the Las Vegas Valley to the west and the McCullough Mountains to the south — and a few degrees of relief from summer heat compared to the valley floor. Solera was intentionally designed as the more affordable, lower-HOA alternative to neighboring Sun City Anthem. Homes are all single-story and come in two formats: detached single-family homes in five Del Webb floor plans (Lewis, Clark, Fremont, Whitney, Franklin) ranging from 1,140 to 1,771 square feet with two or three bedrooms, and attached villa/townhomes in duplex and triplex configurations from 1,519 to 1,590 square feet with two bedrooms plus a den. Anthem Highlands shopping (Albertsons, restaurants) is under two miles away, Target and The District at Green Valley Ranch are a short drive north, and Harry Reid International Airport plus the Las Vegas Strip are both roughly 15–20 minutes away. Golfers have Revere Golf Club (36 holes, public), Anthem Country Club, DragonRidge, and Rio Secco within minutes. Black Mountain Trailhead and the Sloan Canyon National Conservation Area are right out the back door for hikers, and Lake Mead is about 30 miles east.
