Esplanade at Turkey Creek is a gated 55+ resort-style community in Lincoln, California, and the first Esplanade-brand community Taylor Morrison built on the West Coast. Announced in 2020 with a ground-breaking at The Lodge in late October 2020 and sales opening in early spring 2021, the community is planned for 850 single-family homes on generous lots, with roughly 300+ homes completed and construction ongoing. The community sits in Placer County on the west side of Lincoln, adjacent to the 18-hole Turkey Creek Golf Club, with golf-cart access directly to the course.
