Sun City Lincoln Hills is one of Northern California's largest and most celebrated 55+ active adult communities, developed by Del Webb between 1999 and 2008 across nearly 3,000 acres in the rolling foothills of Placer County. The community includes 6,783 single-family homes plus about 80 condominiums, built in over 40 floor plans ranging from roughly 900 to 3,081 square feet, with one to four bedrooms and attached two- to three-car garages.
