Four Seasons at Homestead

K. Hovnanian's® Four Seasons at Homestead is a gated, resort-style 55+ community in Dixon, California, tucked into Solano County about 25 miles southwest of Sacramento and within easy striking distance of Napa, Tahoe, and the Bay Area. Construction began in 2022, and when finished, the community will total 302 single-family homes built across six floor plans spread between two luxury collections. Every home is designed for one-level living, ranging from 1,460 to 2,194 square feet with two or three bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Open-concept layouts with center-island kitchens, owner's suites with en-suite baths and walk-in closets, and covered patios are standard, and many plans add formal dining rooms, flex rooms, dens, or private second suites. Life here centers on "The Club," the community's clubhouse hub. Inside, residents find a catering kitchen, lobby lounge, billiards and card room, and flexible meeting spaces used for everything from happy hours to club meetings and classes. Just outside the gates, residents have quick access to Target, Walmart Supercenter, Costco, Kohl's, Safeway, Sprouts Farmers Market, Raley's, and the beloved Dixon Fruit Market, plus a growing lineup of local wineries, breweries, and restaurants along Pitt School Road. I-80 runs right through town, making Sacramento about 30 minutes east, Napa Valley roughly an hour west, and San Francisco a straight shot down the freeway. Medical care is close at hand at Sutter Medical Plaza Dixon, Kaiser Permanente Vacaville, NorthBay VacaValley Hospital, and Sutter Davis Hospital, and Sacramento International Airport is under 30 minutes away for getaways further afield.
