Bellavita at Green Tee

Bellavita at Green Tee is a gated 55+ active adult community in Pearland, Texas, set about 30 minutes south of downtown Houston just off Scarsdale Boulevard on the northeastern edge of town. Developed between 2001 and 2012 by Lennar Homes and K. Hovnanian, the neighborhood is made up of 618 single-family patio homes in a consistent Mediterranean architectural style — brick exteriors, terracotta accents, mostly single-story layouts of two to three bedrooms ranging roughly 1,500 to 2,400+ square feet with attached garages. A handful of larger two-story plans also exist.
