The Parke at Ocean Pines is a 503-home active adult (55+) community tucked inside the larger 8,400-lot Ocean Pines master-planned community on Maryland's Eastern Shore, just six miles west of Ocean City. Built between 2001 and 2006 on 200+ acres bordering protected wetlands and conservation land, The Parke offers 13 different home styles across single-family detached homes, manor homes, and attached villas — most with single-floor living, ranging roughly 1,195 to 2,540 square feet.
