Four Seasons at Belle Terre is a K. Hovnanian-built 55+ community in Lewes, Delaware, set on 124 scenic acres of mature trees, lush lawns, and ponds near the intersection of Route 24 and Mulberry Knoll Road. The community is now sold out by the builder — all 269 single-family homes have been delivered, and inventory is available only through resale — but this is also what gives the neighborhood its vibrancy: residents are fully moved in and the social calendar runs year-round. Homes are all single-family with first-floor primary suites, open floor plans, natural gas heat, and 2- or 3-car garages. Floor plans range from roughly 1,887 to more than 3,570 square feet, and many homes include finished or unfinished basements, covered porches, and pond or wooded homesites. Because K.
