Windstone is a gated 55+ active adult community in Milton, Delaware, featuring 260 low-maintenance single-family homes on quarter-acre homesites. Tucked into a private country setting on the east side of Milton, just off Route 1, the community offers a quiet, resort-style retreat that still puts residents within a short drive of Delaware's famous beaches, tax-free shopping, and historic coastal towns.
