Forest Landing at Bethany Beach is an active adult community of 280 homes tucked into a wooded corner of Frankford, Delaware, just minutes from the boardwalk, sandy beaches, and restaurants of Bethany Beach. Built by Ryan Homes starting in 2012 and still adding new construction, the community blends preserved wetlands, mature trees, scenic ponds, and pristine sidewalks with a first-class amenity package typically found in much larger developments. The community has been recognized as a Tree-Friendly Community by the Delaware Forest Service — the mature tree canopy is one of its signature features.
