Heritage Shores

Heritage Shores is Delaware's premier 55+ active adult golf community, set on a sprawling master-planned site in Bridgeville, about 30 minutes from the Delaware beaches. Construction began in 2004 and the community has grown to roughly 800 homes on the way to a planned build-out of approximately 1,800 residences. It is the only 55+ golf course community in all of Delaware, anchored by an 18-hole, par-72 Arthur Hills-designed championship course that stretches more than 7,000 yards and has earned Golf Digest's 'Best in State' honors. The course plays through over 20 scenic ponds and picturesque landscaping, and is regularly ranked among the top public courses in the state. A full-time Lifestyle/Activities Director keeps the social calendar packed with over 40 clubs and countless classes and events.
