Regency at Trotters Pointe is an upscale 55+ active adult community developed by Toll Brothers in northern Tinton Falls, Monmouth County, New Jersey. Tucked away at the end of Tinton Avenue just west of the Garden State Parkway, the community consists of 181 detached, single-family homes built between 2014 and 2021. Construction is complete and the community is fully sold out by the builder, so resale homes are the only way in — and they don't stay on the market long.
