Equestra at Colts Neck Crossing is a gated 55+ active adult community in the Farmingdale section of Howell Township, Monmouth County, New Jersey, built by Centex (now part of the Pulte/Del Webb family) between 2007 and 2018. The community features 483 single-family homes set among gently rolling hills and tranquil farmland, just 15 to 20 minutes from the Jersey Shore. Originally launched as part of Centex's celebrated Renaissance enclave tradition, Equestra has matured into an established, tight-knit neighborhood known for its quality construction, welcoming residents, and remarkably stable HOA dues — there has been only one HOA increase since the community opened in 2007.
