Nobility Crest at Ocean

Nobility Crest at Ocean is a gated, upscale 55+ condominium community of 198 residences tucked off Route 66 in the Wayside section of Ocean Township, Monmouth County — a short drive from Asbury Park and the Jersey Shore. The community was built in two main phases across six mid-rise buildings: Phase 1 (Buildings 1-3, 120 units) was developed by Jerald Development Group from 2005-2012, and Phase 2 (Buildings 4-6, roughly 78-80 units) was completed by Renaissance Properties and Blue Star Group between 2018 and 2021. Location is a major selling point. Nobility Crest is about 1.3 miles from ShopRite, under three miles from the Jersey Shore Premium Outlets, and under four miles from the Asbury Park Beach and Boardwalk.
