Meridian Manor

Meridian Manor is a gated 55+ active adult community of 443 single-family homes tucked against the foothills of the Superstition Mountains in Apache Junction, Arizona, about 30 miles east of downtown Phoenix. The community took shape beginning in 1996 — originally marketed by Great Western Homes — and was built out in phases through the early 2010s, giving the neighborhood a mature, established feel with well-kept streetscapes, desert landscaping, and homes that have been personalized and upgraded over the years by owners who stayed put. The community is gated and resident-governed, with a low monthly HOA fee (in the $75-$92 range) that covers common-area maintenance, management, escrow reserves, sewer, and trash — an unusually affordable fee structure for an amenity-rich 55+ community in the Phoenix metro.
