Encore at Eastmark

Encore at Eastmark is an age-restricted 55+ neighborhood of 973 single-family homes nestled within the 3,200-acre Eastmark master-planned community in Mesa, Arizona, about 30 minutes east of downtown Phoenix. Developed on a 300-acre parcel, Encore was launched by AV Homes with a Grand Opening in March 2015 and later continued by Taylor Morrison after it acquired AV Homes. The community sold out in 2021-2022 and is now entirely resale, with homes ranging from roughly 1,331 to 3,718 square feet across sixteen-plus single-level floor plans.
