Lions Head North is an established 55+ community in Brick Township, New Jersey, tucked into 50 wooded acres in Ocean County just off Beaverson Boulevard. Built from 1979 to 1986, the community is comprised of 360 single-family and attached ranch homes — a mix that keeps pricing among the most affordable in the Jersey Shore 55+ market. Homes are typically 2 bedrooms, 1.5 to 2 baths, with a one-car garage and square footage ranging from roughly 1,000 to 1,600. Most originally had electric heat; gas lines have since been run down the streets and many homes have converted to gas. The community centers on a welcoming clubhouse that residents treat as the social hub. Inside there's a library, living room, activity room, auditorium for community events, card room, billiards, and a ceramics studio with its own kiln — a point of pride for the art-minded residents.
