Leisure Village East is a well-established, gated 55+ condominium community tucked along Shorrock Street on the Lakewood–Brick Township border in Ocean County, New Jersey. Built between 1970 and 1974 and comprised of 1,412 attached homes, it's the second of the original Leisure Village communities developed in Ocean County and has a long-standing reputation as an affordable, amenity-rich place to retire within easy reach of the Jersey Shore.
