The Trails is a luxury 55+ active adult community in Hopkinton, Massachusetts, built by Sudbury-based Heritage Properties on a 1,000+ acre former Weston Nurseries farm site. When complete, the community will consist of 180 modern-farmhouse-style townhomes blending contemporary design with the traditional charm of New England architecture. Construction began in 2017 and Phase 4 — the final and most premier phase — is currently selling, making this one of the few remaining new-build 55+ opportunities in Greater Boston's western suburbs.
