Home designs range from cozy 945-square-foot one-bedroom condos up to spacious three-bedroom plans reaching roughly 2,571 square feet, with six to seven floor plans originally offered. Condos sit within four-story elevator buildings and feature open layouts with eat-in kitchens, quartz or granite countertops, center islands, stainless steel appliances, designer cabinetry, recessed lighting, in-unit laundry, and great rooms that open onto private balconies overlooking the surrounding conservation land. Deeded garage parking is available for purchase, with additional surface parking in community lots. Detached homes offer attached two-car garages for buyers wanting a more traditional single-family feel within the same 62+ setting.
