This is not a sprawling master-planned community with golf and tennis — it's a single building where 60 households know each other by name. The established HOA handles exterior maintenance, grounds, snow removal, trash, water, sewer, and insurance, which is a big part of the appeal for retirees downsizing from single-family homes in the Boston suburbs. Monthly condo fees run roughly $411–$468 depending on unit size.
