Del Webb Chauncy Lake is a 55+ condominium community in Westborough, Massachusetts, built on the 38-acre site of the former Westborough State Hospital overlooking scenic Lake Chauncy and 400 acres of open space. At full build-out the community will have 700 single-level condo homes distributed across 14 four-story elevator buildings of 50 units each, with secured building access and underground parking garages.
