The Preserve at SaddleBrooke

The Preserve at SaddleBrooke is the luxury crown jewel of the broader SaddleBrooke master-planned community, sitting at higher elevation on the northern edge of the development with commanding views over the Santa Catalina Mountains and the golf course below. Developed by Robson Resort Communities starting in 2004, The Preserve is still actively building — the highly anticipated Unit 44B homesites were recently released, meaning new construction remains available alongside a robust resale market. At build-out the neighborhood will include approximately 800 homes, all single-story, all on larger-than-typical lots, and nearly all with Catalina Mountain views. Homes here are Robson's highest-end product in Tucson.
