Sunrise Pointe

Sunrise Pointe is a gated 55+ community of 271 low-maintenance homes tucked on the east side of I-19 between the East Frontage Road and Abrego Road in Green Valley, Arizona. Built by Dorn Homes between 1995 and 2002, the community features ranch-style attached townhomes and single-family homes ranging from about 1,200 to 2,100 square feet, most with 2-3 bedrooms, 1 to 2.5 bathrooms, and attached garages.
