Country Club Vistas is a well-established 55+ community tucked into the north side of Green Valley, Arizona, roughly 25 miles south of Tucson along the I-19 corridor. Built out gradually between 1973 and 2019, the community comprises 512 single-family and attached homes spread across two sister neighborhoods — Country Club Vistas I and Country Club Vistas II — each governed by its own self-managed Property Owners' Association.
