Ridgecrest is Arizona's first Trilogy Boutique Community by Shea Homes — an intimate, gated 55+ enclave tucked into the most elevated scenic reaches of the 7,100-acre Vistancia master plan in North Peoria. Positioned in the Sonoran foothills of Northpointe between White Peak and Twin Buttes, the 414-home community is wrapped by roughly 1,000 acres of high desert and mountain preserves, delivering dark skies, panoramic West Valley views, and a genuine basecamp feel that sets it apart from larger Phoenix-area active adult developments. Shea broke ground in 2024 and held the grand opening of the model home gallery in April 2025.
