Trilogy at Vistancia

Trilogy at Vistancia is a premier 55+ active adult resort community developed by Shea Homes and set within the 7,100-acre Vistancia master-planned community in Peoria, Arizona, about 25 minutes northwest of downtown Phoenix. Spread across 807 acres in the Sonoran foothills, Trilogy at Vistancia features approximately 5,450 single-story homes built between 2003 and 2024, ranging from roughly 1,218 to 3,607 square feet across more than 30 floor plans.
