Heritage at Asante

Heritage at Asante is a gated 55+ active adult community in northwest Surprise, Arizona, built by Lennar inside the larger Asante master-planned development. Construction began in 2020, with approximately 1,500 single-family and attached homes planned across three collections. The Tradition Collection offers low-maintenance attached homes (roughly 1,238 to 1,459 sq ft) ideal for downsizers, while the Inspiration Collection delivers one-story single-family homes from about 1,248 to 1,667 sq ft. The Encore, Freedom, and related collections bring larger single-family plans up to around 2,584 sq ft, many with RV-sized garages for residents who travel or need serious extra storage.
