Four Seasons at Manalapan is one of Monmouth County's premier 55+ active adult communities, built by K. Hovnanian Homes and comprised of two distinct but connected developments: the original Four Seasons at Manalapan (692 single-family homes built 2004-2014) and the newer Four Seasons at Manalapan Crossing (280 single-family homes, launched in 2023 and being constructed in three phases). Together they total 972 homes in a gated, landscaped setting in the suburban township of Manalapan — home to the Revolutionary War site of the Battle of Monmouth and regularly ranked among New Jersey's safest towns. The community's signature feature is its 29,000-square-foot two-story clubhouse, recently updated and considered one of the finest in the region.
