Whittingham

Whittingham is an established, intimate 55+ active adult community in Monroe Township (Middlesex County), New Jersey, developed by Union Valley between 1986 and 1994. Built out at 413 residences, Whittingham is the smaller and older neighbor to the adjacent Greenbriar community — the two are often collectively referred to as "Greenbriar at Whittingham" because they share a 30,000+ square foot clubhouse and an on-site 9-hole golf course, but they operate as separate homeowners associations with different dues structures and different housing stock.
