Del Webb Bexley is a gated 55+ active adult community in Land O' Lakes, Florida, roughly 20 miles north of Tampa in Pasco County. Built by Del Webb (PulteGroup) between 2018 and 2024, the community sits on 489 acres and is now essentially complete with 850 single-family homes. It is a Del Webb neighborhood tucked inside the larger Bexley master-planned community by Newland, so residents enjoy a private, manned-gated 55+ enclave while also having access to Bexley's broader trail network and outdoor amenities.
