Crestwood Village 6 is an established 55+ community in the Whiting section of Manchester Township, New Jersey, built by the Kokes Organization between 1976 and 1985. With approximately 1,141 single-level homes spread across a peaceful, wooded setting in Ocean County, it's one of the seven Crestwood Villages but stands apart as a fee-simple ownership community (unlike the co-op structure of Villages I-IV), which means buyers own their home and lot outright and can finance with a traditional mortgage.
