Carter's Mill is Del Webb's premier 55+ active adult community in Haymarket, Virginia, tucked into the foothills of the Bull Run Mountains in Prince William County. Developed on a ±128-acre site approved for up to 490 age-restricted residential units, the community sold out in 2024 after launching in 2020. Built by Del Webb (PulteGroup), Carter's Mill features a mix of single-family detached homes and attached villas across several signature floor plans including the Abbeyville, Bluemont, Castle Rock, Willowcroft, Blue Rock, and Passport models.
