Potomac Green is an award-winning, gated 55+ community of 1,363 homes set on approximately 300 acres in Ashburn, Virginia, with 136 acres of dedicated open space. Originally co-branded by Centex Homes and Del Webb when construction began in 2005, the community became a Del Webb community following the 2010 Pulte-Centex merger.
