Woolridge Landing is a 55+ active adult community taking shape on 120 acres along the west side of Woolridge Road at Timber Bluff Parkway in Chesterfield County's Moseley area, just minutes from the scenic Swift Creek Reservoir. Developed by Woolridge Investment Co. — a group led by local developer Don Balzer Jr. — with StyleCraft Homes as the primary builder, the community is planned for 165 age-restricted single-family homes. Construction began in 2023 after a scaled-down revision of an earlier 2018 plan, and the neighborhood is still actively selling and building out. StyleCraft's single-level first-floor-living homes are the backbone of the community, with 2-3 bedroom floor plans ranging from about 1,664 to 2,500+ square feet. Every home comes with an owner's suite on the main level, a two-car attached garage, and outdoor living areas, plus flexible options like optional second-floor lofts and Flex Rooms configured for work, hobbies, or guests.
