Readers Branch is an active adult, low-maintenance community in Manakin-Sabot, Virginia — a rural pocket of Goochland County about 20 miles west of downtown Richmond and just minutes from the Short Pump shopping and dining district. Developed by Eagle Construction of Virginia (one of Central Virginia's most established builders since 1984), the community is planned for 303 homes on a site that sets aside nearly 35 acres of protected countryside along its namesake Readers Branch creek. The nature-forward site plan is what sets this community apart from typical Richmond-area 55+ neighborhoods.
