Venue at Monroe is a gated 55+ active adult community in Monroe Township, New Jersey, built by Lennar on a masterplan designed for 587 single-family and attached carriage homes. Construction began in 2019 and is still ongoing, making this one of the newest 55+ options in Central Jersey. Every home comes with Lennar's Everything's Included package — quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, a fireplace, washer/dryer, smart home technology, and energy-efficient features all come standard. The five single-family floor plans range from 1,838 to 2,731 square feet with two to four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and attached two-car garages.
