Watershed is a 1,000+ home master-planned townhome community in Laurel, Maryland, woven into the scenic landscape of the Patuxent Research Refuge in Anne Arundel County. Developed by Elm Street Communities with homes built by Pulte Homes, Lennar, and Craftmark Homes, the community opened in March 2020 and has sold over 630 homes to date, with the recently launched Tidewater District adding another 353 homesites.
