Trilogy at Lake Frederick is a resort-style 55+ gated community set on 900 acres of Virginia woodlands in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, wrapped around a 117-acre recreational lake in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley. The community sits midway between Winchester and Front Royal in Frederick County, about 90 minutes west of Washington, D.C. and roughly an hour from Dulles International Airport — city-close but country-quiet.
