Ovation at Sweetbrier is Mungo Homes' first 55+ active adult community — a milestone release from a builder that's been operating across the Southeast since 1954 and is now part of the Clayton Properties Group. The community sits on approximately 240 acres in East Durham, tucked between Doc Nichols Road and Olive Branch Road, and will build out over three phases to a total of 662 single-family ranch homes and townhomes. The first phase began delivering in early 2025.
