Blakeley is an intimate 55+ active adult community in West Cary, North Carolina, built by CalAtlantic Homes (acquired by Lennar in 2018) and completed between 2017 and 2021. With just 137 homes total, Blakeley offers the feel of a small, tight-knit neighborhood tucked into one of the most desirable suburbs in the Raleigh-Durham Triangle. The community is set among scenic ponds, mature trees, and open natural spaces, with quiet sidewalks that invite evening strolls and encourage neighbors to get to know one another.
