Carolina Overlook by Del Webb is an age-restricted 55+ active adult community in Clayton, North Carolina, nestled in Johnston County about 25 miles — or roughly a 30-minute drive — from downtown Raleigh. When complete, the community will include 800 single-family ranch-style homes designed specifically for active adults who want a low-maintenance lifestyle paired with resort-style amenities. Construction began in 2022 and new homes continue to be actively built and sold, with multiple model homes open daily for touring.
