Heritage Pines is an established 55+ active adult community set on over 100 beautifully landscaped acres in western Cary, North Carolina, tucked off Carpenter Upchurch Road in the heart of the Research Triangle. Developed by K. Hovnanian Homes and Westminster between 2000 and 2006, the community totals 298 residences — 208 single-family homes and 90 attached one-story villas — arranged along tree-lined streets that wind past scenic ponds, gazebos, and walking paths. Homes reflect traditional Carolinian architecture with stone-clad exteriors, pitched roofs, shutters, bay windows, and carriage-style garages.
