Heritage Vineyard Creek is a gated 55+ active adult community built by Lennar in the Vineyard area of southeast Sacramento, California. Construction began in 2017 and the community completed its final 171 single-family homes in 2021, so it is now a fully built-out, established neighborhood rather than an active new-home development.
