Heritage Todd Creek is a Lennar-built, gated 55+ active adult community spread across 700 acres in Thornton, Colorado, about 20 minutes north of downtown Denver. At full buildout the community will include roughly 1,300 single-level homes — a mix of detached patio homes, paired/duet homes, and townhomes — wrapping around the 18-hole, par-72 Todd Creek Golf Club, a 7,435-yard championship course designed by renowned architect Arthur Hills. Monthly HOA dues vary by home type (detached, paired, or townhome), running roughly $165 to $505 per month, and include gated entry with a guard, lawn maintenance, snow removal, trash, irrigation water, and upkeep of all common amenities.
