Hilltop at Inspiration is the 55+ active adult enclave within Inspiration, a master-planned community in Southeast Aurora, Colorado. Uniquely, Inspiration sits in the northeastern corner of Douglas County — the only Aurora neighborhood that belongs to Douglas County rather than Arapahoe — giving residents access to top-rated Douglas County services while being part of the greater Denver metro. At full buildout, Inspiration will total 1,916 single-family homes, with roughly half of those in the age-restricted Hilltop 55+ portion. The community began construction in 2015 and was approximately 95% complete as of 2025, with new homes still actively selling. The heart of the 55+ lifestyle is the Hilltop Club, a resort-style amenity center exclusively for Hilltop residents. The clubhouse includes a pool, yoga studio, fitness center, demonstration kitchen for cooking classes, 6 pickleball courts, 2 tennis courts, 2 bocce ball courts, and a concert lawn for live music events.
