Anthem Ranch is Colorado's premier age-restricted 55+ active adult community, nestled at the base of the Rocky Mountain foothills in Broomfield — perfectly positioned between Denver and Boulder. Originally conceived and launched by Del Webb in 2006, the community was acquired by Toll Brothers in 2013 and completed at buildout in 2018 with approximately 1,300 single-family ranch-style homes. All new construction has ended; the community is now an entirely resale market with active inventory. The heart of community life is the 32,000-square-foot Aspen Lodge, a resort-caliber clubhouse that opened in 2007. Inside, residents enjoy a grand ballroom, indoor lap pool, first-class fitness center with aerobics and dance studio, indoor walking track, movie theater, billiards hall, card rooms, library, arts and crafts studios, woodshop, sewing room, and massage therapy room. Clubs span everything from hiking, skiing, tennis, pickleball, and bocce to model railroading, scrapbooking, quilting, bridge, book clubs, Mah Jongg, dance, yoga, veterans groups, and a men's coffee group — there is genuinely something for every interest. Homes are all single-level ranch designs built by Del Webb (2006–2013) and Toll Brothers (2013–2018), ranging from roughly 1,200 to over 3,000 square feet. Most floor plans feature 2–4 bedrooms, 2–4 bathrooms, open-concept great rooms, gourmet kitchens, and attached 2- or 3-car garages, with stucco and brick exteriors in muted tones.
