Anthem Ranch is Colorado's premier age-restricted 55+ active adult community, nestled at the base of the Rocky Mountain foothills in Broomfield — perfectly positioned between Denver and Boulder. Originally conceived and launched by Del Webb in 2006, the community was acquired by Toll Brothers in 2013 and completed at buildout in 2018 with approximately 1,300 single-family ranch-style homes.
