The community is all resale at this point — no new construction — with homes ranging from about 1,546 to 3,430 square feet across roughly seven original floor plans. Models include the Sanibel, Martinique, and Burnham, among others, offering two to four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, two-car garages, and layouts with the primary bedroom on the main floor. Most homes are single-level ranches, though some feature lofts, and a later-built section on the back side of the community includes homes that came with solar panels installed. Upgrades commonly found in resale homes include granite counters, hardwood floors, 9-foot ceilings, sunrooms, and central vacuum systems. The heart of the community is a 28,000-square-foot clubhouse that functions as the true social hub. Inside, residents have access to an indoor pool with hot tub, a full fitness center with aerobics and dance studio, a grand ballroom used for parties and community events, card rooms, a billiards room, arts and crafts studios, a hobby and game room, a well-stocked library, a computer lab with Wi-Fi, and a cozy fireplace lounge.
